Bad Shift
What shifts you work and how many matters. It is a fact that people do not not tip as well during lunch as they do at dinner. So if you only work during the day, you will have to work harder and more hours to make money. The best shifts are Friday and Saturday nights. The worst are week days during lunch.

ReplyDeleteI hate when I see people that don't tip a good amount or that don't tip at all. When I'm out with friends, even if the service wasn't that great, I always leave a good tip. People just need to learn to understand that waitressing isn't an easy job and it's not always the servers fault if your service was bad.
ReplyDeleteI HATE TIPPING! but my two best friends work in the food industry and seeing what they go trough with people not tipping and what not has made me definatly feel for the servers and now I always leave a good tip cause i think of people doing that to my friends.
ReplyDeleteYes, I totally agree Emily, I never made any money when I worked lunches there!! Angie always gets the good customers at lunch too.
